House Rules

Standard Booking Price
All taxes and fees are included in our standard booking price.

Payment and Terms at Check in/Checkout 
Check in time is 3:00 pm local time unless other arrangements have been made and confirmed by Bella Casa.
Check out time is 11:00 am local time. Later check out times may be requested although we can not guarantee their acceptance.

The balance of full payment is due at the time of check in.
Room access codes and entry door codes will be provided at the time of check in and full payment received.

Please note that after check out a full inspection will be done of the room and Bella Casa reserves the right to charge the guest for any damages, breakage or missing items (towels, linens, etc.) prior to the next occupancy.

Smoking Policy
Bella Casa is a completely smoke free property. Anyone found violating this policy may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit their payment in full.

Pet Policy
No pets are allowed.

Children Policy
At Bella Casa, we welcome families with children. Our family friendly policy is designed to make your stay with us more enjoyable and affordable.
One child 17 years of age one under stays free when sharing a room with two paying adults.
A second child 17 years of age and under will be charged our standard child rate.
Additional cots or crib available upon request for notated rooms.

Room Policy
We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value. 

Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges. 

The hotel allows guests, with permission, to receive occasional packages and special deliveries at the property. We are not responsible for the packages or their contents or the storage of them. 

Sing your heart out and have passionate conversation all day long, but from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the whole property goes into hush mode for what we like to call quiet time (or sleep time).

Kitchen Usage
Kitchen use is for staff only. Under no circumstances are guests allowed to use any appliances or equipment in the kitchen area.

Parking Policy
We do have limited off street parking in the back of the property. However space is limited and is on a first come first served basis. There is also on street parking spaces available as well. Bella Casa is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle or any damage to a vehicle. Parking is at your own risk and we highly recommend locking your vehicle at all times. Our parking is secured nightly and a garage door remote will be provided upon request with a €100.00 security deposit. Deposit will be credited back upon return of remote at check out. Any loss or non return of remote will be subject to loss of deposit.

Minimum Age Policy

All guests must be 18 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at Bella Casa. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.

Room Cleaning Policy

Room refreshes will be offered daily. However, we request that guests reuse towels during their stay as often as possible. Should you need fresh towels or linen, please leave towels on the bathroom floor.

Guest Safety Policy
As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from. Safety cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded. 

Liability Disclaimer
Bella Casa and it’s owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
1. Any injury or harm to guests or their property, unless caused by Bella Casa’s negligence or willful misconduct.
2. Any disruptions or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, power outages, or other events beyond Bella Casa’s control.
3. Any losses or damages caused by guests’ failure to comply with the rules and regulations of Bella Casa.
4. Any claims or disputes arising from third party services, such as tour operators or activity providers.

By booking your stay at Bella Casa, you and your guests acknowledge that all parties understand and agree to this liability disclaimer.

A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation at the time of booking. Balance is due in full at check in.
If a reservation is cancelled more than 14 prior to arrival date, the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited in full. 
In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
